戶外勞動大"烤"驗 台積電工人熱衰竭

天氣高溫炎熱！中部地區連續傳出好幾件熱傷害，台中一名台積電工地的工人，施工中熱衰竭，意識模糊送醫，還有一名工人，烈日下工作，連續一個月，發生兩次中暑，體溫飆到攝氏41度，還出現肌肉痙攣，醫生特別提醒中暑要是延誤就醫，死亡率高達八成。
天氣熱要隨時補充水分！中部地區連續傳出好幾件熱傷害，台中一名台積電工地的工人，施工中熱衰竭，意識模糊送醫，苗栗一名男子，則是因為住家被斷電，鐵捲門打不開，被困在屋內，熱到受不了，打119求救。
另外台中還有一名工人烈日下工作，連續一個月發生兩次中暑，體溫飆到攝氏41℃，還出現肌肉痙攣，救護車趕抵台積電工地，一名工人疑似因為天氣過熱熱衰竭，工作到一半突然意識模糊，救護人員緊急幫他降溫，把冷氣開到最強。
全國各地高溫，苗栗也有民眾熱衰竭在自己的租屋處，警消趕緊鋸斷鐵窗準備救人出來，因為鐵皮民宅的旁邊在施工，不小心刨斷電線，民宅的鐵捲門無法開啟，男子被受困在屋內，熱到胸悶打電話求救。
台中還有工人一個月內中暑兩次，醫生提醒，熱衰竭會頭暈、盜汗，沒有明顯高溫，但會噁心或嘔吐、肌肉攣、抽筋，而中暑就比較嚴重會抽痛、頭痛，沒有排汗現象，體溫高到40.5度，皮膚紅熱，噁心或嘔吐，有可能失去意識。
醫生表示，只要有這些症狀，一定要趕快就醫，尤其是熱衰竭會引發橫紋肌溶解，導致腎衰竭，延誤就醫，死亡率高達八成。
