Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

由於保險局長李滿治正式退休，金管會今（ 15 ）日宣布，保險局長職缺由檢查局長吳桂茂調任，檢查局長由銀行局長王儷娟接任，銀行局長則由金管會主任秘書邱淑貞升任，3 位新任局長也在今日正式到職，並將共同出席下午金管會例行記者會，由副主委鄭貞茂親自主持。
金管會這波高層人事異動，主因原保險局長李滿治今日退休，金管會主委李瑞倉希望能藉由李滿治在法律和保險領域的專才，因此安排李滿治在 9 月轉任評議中心，並牽動三大局長大搬風。不過，李滿治轉任金融評議中心董事長，卻遭時代力量立委黃國昌痛批金管會正事不幹，竟然忙著幫即將退休的高官，安插金融肥貓，評議中心董事長向來均是兼任職，月領 9300 元的兼職費，改專任後可月領 20 萬元高薪。民進黨立委余宛如也質疑金管會所謂「專業保險人才，應該續留金融評議中心服務」。
不過，金管會強調，評議中心有 9 成案件都是保險糾紛，才請保險局長退休後去專任該職，每月薪水也沒到 20 萬元那麼多，同時也傳出李滿治是應長官要求轉任，被迫提早申請退休。至於金管會這波高層人事異動，一次 3 個局長全換了，尤其從去年至今金融弊案一件接一件發生，此時金管會進行人事調整，引發外界不少批評。
對於金管會這波人事異動，李瑞倉則強調，為利金管會運作及金融產業未來發展，經過深思熟慮、花了 2 個月時間進行溝通後，才決定了 3 局局長人選，他認為適才適所，金管會將借助他們的專才，提升業務品質。
金管會今日也宣布，保險局、銀行局及檢查局 3 位新局長正式到職，其中新任保險局長吳桂茂為東海大學會計學系畢業、國立政治大學會計學系碩士、曾任金管會證券期貨局主任秘書、檢查局副局長、金管會主任秘書及檢查局長等職務。
新任銀行局長邱淑貞為國立中興大學法律學系畢業、美國波士頓大學國際銀行碩士，曾任金管會銀行局副組長、組長、主任秘書、副局長、金管會處長、金管會主任秘書。
新任檢查局長王儷娟則國立台灣大學商學系畢業、美國伊利諾大學商學研究所碩士，曾任金管會證券期貨局組長、檢查局主任秘書、副局長、局長以及銀行局長。
